Black Man of the Day 01.27.08

He can sing, play the keys, and he’s Dayum fine.  He’s Nick Rolfe.  He began studying piano at the age of six, learning both classical and modern pop repertoire. Rolfe began his collegiate studies at Cornish College of the Arts, the leading music school in Seattle. After two years at Cornish, Nick moved to New York City and completed his B.F.A, in music performance, at the New School for Social Researches’ Mannes Conservatory. Nick Rolfe is a highly versatile musician, currently playing with various r and b, jazz, gospel, funk and alternative groups in and around New York.  Check him out at www.nickrolfe.com and on Myspace.

    I think you are a beautiful brother. I went to your website and l was impressed with your music. I too love jazz. I view some of the movie also.
    When I listen to songs, I like to listen to the words and the message in the song. You have something to say.

    You have a strong appearance, your eyes are deep and meaningful.

    I just wanted to say keep up the good work and I will be looking for your CD. I would like to here more of your work. Also you make beautiful music.
