This is Rafael Leonidas aka. DNAnimal. He’s currently in College for Physical therapy/ Health and Wellness/Theater. He’s a personal trainer, a model (fitness and fashion), and he’s also one of the City Gym Boys.

I think I may have profiled Ulisses before, but when I saw this pic on his Myspace profile, I just had to show him some love.  Oh my goodness, this man’s body is just UNREAL!!!  Look at his chest!  Whoa!

Jeff Beckham is so swole.  Lordy, Lord!  He’s a personal trainer and competitive body builder.

Today’s Black Man of the Day is LaVar Lard. He’s 29, 205 lbs, 6′1″, and an author residing in Chicago and a graduate of the University of Iowa, where he started his first ab training by assisting an instructor in a ab workout course. Soon he took over and has kept on the routine for almost 10 years now. He workouts his abs 3-4 times per week, which consists of unconventional exercising that result in the conventional abs. If you’d like to know his workout routine he’s happy to share it.

Curtis is a personal trainer in Fort Worth.  I just love regular guys who aren’t models or dancers who just look dayum  good and take care of their bodies!!!

Colin is a personal trainer, proud father…and sorry ladies…he’s taken.  Hey, there’s no harm in looking though.  Right?

Adam Troix Christopher is a Mass. born muscle bound hunk is just so so so so fit.  Could it be…the prototype!!!  His body is just unbelievable!  Do you see the 8-pack?  Oh Lord, Help!  He lives in Florida helping people get fit and healthy!  Awww…brawn and heart…love it!
